Mitsubishi launched a new Pajero Sport for the Middle East. Although named the Pajero Sport, it is known as the Mitsubishi Challenger in some markets, the Montero Sport in Spain and Shogun Sport in the UK. Interested buyers will get a 3.5-liter V6 that pushes 184 bhp. Transmission is a 4 speed automatic with Mitsu’s famed ‘Super Select 4WD’ plus hybrid Limited-Slip Differential.
Built on a rigid ladder frame rather than monocoque body, looks like it is touted to be a rugged SUV suitable for off-roading. Size wise, it’s between an Outlander and the actual Pajero. It’s as long as a Pajero but not as wide about the size of a Toyota Fortuner.
