Bond-ish Underwater Car?

I wrote about James Bond cars a few weeks ago. Here is not an official James Bond car but is Bond-ish or Bond-like it you will.

I wonder when they will make a movie with the car below?

What’s your verdict? Cool, not cool, ice-cool? I wonder if Jeremy & Co of TopGear fame will try to cross the English channel with something like this?
